Legacy’s Top Scrub/Spray Buff Procedures: In conjunction with regular cleaning, Legacy provides two choices for routine cleaning of hard surface flooring: Spray Buff Technology or a Top Scrub and Wax Recoat system of regular maintenance. No matter the selection, either method will procure any desired effect warranted by the end user, from mat to shine and everything in between.
Restorative Cleaning Chemistry
Conventional: All existing strip and wax methodology
Legacy’s Restoration Procedures: The first step to a complete restorative maintenance program is to strip the floor entirely, starting with the detail work first. All edging and baseboard work is meticulously stripped and cleaned separate from the rest of the floor. Second, a complete rinse and neutralization is accomplished, whether flooring is new or old. Third, wax coating(s) applications are laid down, with the option of an additional spray buff to further harden the wax, producing an even deeper shine.

Legacy’s Deep Scrub Applications: As with most natural stone surfaces, a complete clean can only be obtained through regular, deep scrubbing of the entire floor, with a rinse of clean water throughout the process. In addition to top of the line cleaning chemicals and procedures, Legacy’s dual bristle brush applicator counter rotates in opposite directions, further breaking up any hard to manage spots and stains, providing a clean, polished look.

Legacy’s Diamond Pad Polishing System: Depending on the flooring type, once a natural stone surface is properly cleaned, our distinctive Diamond Pad Polishing System may be applied to greatly increase aesthetic value. From etch removal to surface enhancements, Legacy has the knowledge to bring back the luster of stone flooring. So no matter the status of the flooring, an intensive eight step process with minimal chemical use will be utilized to procure a surface that pops with a high mirror shine.

This is obtained through the use of our dual bristle brush applicator and a neutral cleaner so as not to disrupt any sealer already laid down, thus achieving desired effects.

Legacy’s Deep Scrub, Clean and Seal Technology: As with natural stone, a deep scrub with a dual bristle brush applicator, along with the application of superior chemistry, will achieve the profound, thorough clean necessary for routine maintenance of ceramic tile flooring. This process not only agitates soils and stains on the surface, but down in the grout lines as well, which in turn ensures an overall clean of the floor in preparation for sealing. Finally, once initial maintenance is preformed, Legacy has a multitude of sealing choices, from penetrating to acrylic and much more to achieve a refined look with greater protection
Terrazzo Restoration
Wax and grime can build up on your Terrazzo flooring over the years. After a thorough examination, our process may involve a combination of diamond honing techniques using various pads and passes, and application of a high-quality stone sealer and high-gloss polish.
